Sudah lama tidak posting,,maklum juragan sedang sibuk urusan lain untuk menafkahi keluarga,, tapi intinya saya masih selalu menyimak tentang dunia perikanan di negeri kita ini, termasuk sekedar jadi konsultan juga untuk kawan-kawan dekat saya yang menggeluti bisnis bidang perikanan kelautan tapi sifatnya personal saja alias tidak resmi, Saya bangga juga dengan mereka yang masih tetap bersemangat mengembangkan bisnis perikanan, Seringkali saya mendapat telepon dari kawan-kawan membantu memecahkan persoalan mereka, diantara salah satunya yang akan saya bahas disini yaitu cara packing udang lipan, yuk langsung saja.

Pertama yang perlu kita siapkan adalah bahan-bahannya selain udangnya itu sendiri,untuk udang yang akan dipacking pastikan udang yang hidup tentunya dan dalam kondisi segar,ciri-ciri udang yang segar dan sehat ialah udang tidak berenang gelisah terlihat tenang didasar kolam tetapi begitu ditangkap dia terlihat agresif, dari segi warna terlihat cerah hijau kekuningan, kalau kita amati secara detail dia akan selalu sibuk membersihkan anggota tubuhnya ketika didasar kolam, mungkin supaya terlihat bersih dan cantik sehingga menarik pasangannya hehe,,, sekarang kita langsung siapkan bahan lainnya, adapun bahannya dalah sebagi berikut

Nama saya Taufik Hidayat, seorang pemuda harapan bangsa yang punya cita-cita luhur untuk sesama dan ingin berbagi banyak dengan siapapun, latar belakang apapun dan dimana pun.

Hobi saya membaca dan menulis selain putar video, mencari hal yang baru yang menurut saya itu adalah ilmu yang sangat bermanfaat karena akan saya bagikan dengan yang lain. hobi lainnya bermain billiard, selain secara virtual juga secara langsung dimeja kecil, sedang, dan besar, tapi belum expert, masih begginer.

Saat ini saya tinggal di kota Pontianak Kalimantan Barat, kota perdagangan daerah equator yang dilintasi garis khatulistiwa, tempat yang damai, indah, tentram dan menakjubkan, karena kehidupan warganya yang sangat berdampingan satu dan yang lainnya, penghasil aneka buah-buahan segar dan terkenal, yaitu salah satunya Jeruk Pontianak, duku Pontianak, Nanas yang eksotis, dan buah durian yang sangat lezat dan sexy, Pontianak daerang agroculture, banyak agribisnis, dan penghasil kelapa sawit dan perkebunan lainnya,, sangat menarik sekali,,,

Saat ini saya bekerja di CV. Adi Buana sebagai marketing  dan PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia sebagai agent saya sangat menikmati pekerjaan saya saat ini yang sebelumnya saya bekerja di bidang perikanan.

Saya sangat tertarik dengan hal yang baru dan unik, saya selalu menyempatkan diwaktu libur untuk berkunjung ke daerah-daerah yang belum pernah saya kunjungi, saya biasa berinteraksi dan belajar banyak tentang budaya dan tentang lingkungan alam terbuka, supaya bisa saya share dengan kawan-kawan tentang hal yang bisa menambah pengetahuan buat mereka.

Saya tidak suka dengan hal yang membuang waktu dan energi seperti duduk-duduk di warung kopi dan sejenisnya terkecuali ada hal atau yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan diwarung kopi atau cafe. saya juga orangnya unik tidak terlalu banyak bicara tetapi bisa banyak bicara kalau temanya tentang Ilmu, hal yang diluar itu lebih baik saya menjadi pendengar saja.
